WELCOME TO

I am committed to helping you live a better life and giving you the best in therapy services. I pride myself on giving you a safe, confidential place where you can be comfortable and be yourself. My creative approaches to therapy make therapy interesting and productive. Book your appointment and begin therapy to start feeling better.
Hello and welcome to my site! I am so happy that you have chosen me to do therapy with. Please sit back, relax, and feel free to be yourself with me. I want you to be comfortable and feel at home when doing therapy with me.
I have some rules about doing therapy with me I need you to follow:
1.) Please make sure you are in a safe, comfortable, and private place when you are doing therapy with me. No one should be around to overhear or interfere during the therapy session.
2.) Please do not be driving when doing our session.
3.) I ask clients after our first session if they want to continue therapy with me. Please be honest with me if you do or do not want to continue therapy with me. It is not appropriate and unethical to make appointments and take up therapy spots others could use when you never had any intention of continuing therapy.
4.) Please hang onto appointment emails because cancellation and reschedule links are in there. You are responsible for cancelling your own appointments since you have the links. Please do not ask your therapist to cancel your appointments because you have the power to do it yourself. If you choose to discontinue therapy for any reason, please have the common courtesy to let me know you are going to stop therapy.
5.) Many people make therapy appointments with me after the first session, but know that they are not going to or cannot attend and then ask therapist to delete the appointments that have already taken up therapy spots others could have used. Please delete the appointments yourself using the cancellation links in the confirmation emails. Therapist will not remove appointments from schedule for you since each appointment has to be removed individually and can take up to an hour. You will be charged a fee of $100 if you ask therapist to remove appointments for you since it is time consuming to remove each appointment that you could have removed yourself using the cancellation links in the emails, which appointment removals can take an hour for therapist to remove. It might come up as a no show/late cancellation fee on your billing, but the particular memo at the bottom of it will explain that the charge is for having the therapist cancel your appointments because you did not want to use the cancellation links in the emails.
6.) Our sessions are confidential, but please remember that confidentiality goes both ways. If you leak information about me mentioned during sessions, I have the right to discontinue therapy with you and pursue legal action against you for violating confidentiality and slandering/defaming me, so please be careful about what you say to people about me and what you put in online reviews. I have very good reviews online, but if you put a negative review online and I can prove it is a false review or you made up something negative about me, I can purse legal action against you for slander/defamation.
These are all common sense, ethical, respectful, and easy rules to follow to ensure that our therapy sessions are a success.
You are in safe hands with me and I can help you with your issues. Please look at my great online reviews from past and present clients to get a better understanding of me and how I have helped many people.
Confidential Communication
Communication between client and therapist, whether it be by text, email, phone, or another method, the conversation will remain confidential and this confidentiality goes both ways for therapist and client(s) receiving therapy services. In other words, information client shares with therapist will be kept confidential and anything therapist shares with the client will be kept confidential. Please abide by these rules to avoid any kind of legal consequences.

Payment
I take most insurances.

For cash paying clients, I charge $150 per therapy session.

My no show fee is $100.

Any work done outside session and that is not covered by insurance, the charge will be $100. Currently, because EHR issues, the charge might show up as a late cancellation or no show, but in the memo it is stated what the actual charge is for. This is how it will be till the EHR program is improved.
